What we collect

If you use the venue form on the Sponsor a listing page, we keep what you type in: your venue's name, your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message.

When someone taps a Book a table link, we record which venue it was for and the time. We don't record who tapped it. This is how we tell venues how many people the guide sent them.

Why we collect it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you about sponsoring, adding or correcting your venue. We never sell it or pass it on to anyone else.

Where it's kept and for how long

Enquiries and click counts are stored with our web host on servers run by Cloudflare. We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The page fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Send your request through the venue form on the Sponsor a listing page and choose 'Something else'.
